Our assessment

Box size is one of the most underrated cost factors in shipping: too big, and you’re paying for air and extra filler material; too small, and items don’t fit without squeezing. With three sizes in the set, we get the right size on the first try for most electronics and gadget shipments.

The double-wall cardboard is sturdier than standard single-wall boxes and holds up to stacking in storage without denting. For very heavy individual items (larger all-in-one printers, for example), we recommend additional edge reinforcement or a sturdier outer box altogether.
