The HomeLink set delivers exactly that. Each plug connects directly to your home Wi-Fi, and setup runs through a straightforward app with a German menu (and English available too). Schedules, countdown functions, and voice control all worked reliably in our test.

If you’re already planning a Matter or Zigbee ecosystem, know this: these plugs connect to the manufacturer’s Wi-Fi cloud, not a local standard. For a pure entry point — switching a lamp by voice command, starting the coffee maker on a schedule — that’s not a drawback.
